Fees & Expenses

Rates:

For matters in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, Mr. Judge’s rate is $1,600 for a half day (with a ½ day minimum) and $3,000.00 for a full day, divided among the parties/participants.

In matters involving travel to Santa Barbara or Orange Counties, Mr Judge’s rate is $2,000 per half day (4 hour session), and $3,500 for a full day (8 hour session), divided among the parties.  Travel is included within these rates.

A retainer for the hearing is payable in advance.  Should there be any additional amounts to be billed, billings will be sent at the end of each month.

Cancellation:

If the hearing is cancelled within three (3) business days of the hearing, there is a 25% cancellation charge. Otherwise, fees are fully refundable.
